Global Business Development

This position will work as part of the Global Business Development team, which focuses on globally expanding Nearthlab’s autonomous drone inspection business specializing in the Wind Energy Industry. Our team members are working in different parts of the world to facilitate our international sales process, collaborating with local partners and customers on site.


Job Description

• Design and implement go-to-market strategy in Europe and North America

• Identify new clients and partners and build positive and long-term relationships

• Closely work with clients and partners to identify their needs/pain points and communicate the insights within the company to improve product-market fit

• Develop and manage own and team members’ business development pipeline from lead generation, sales, negotiation, contract, delivery and post-sales support

• Prepare for and participate in conferences, exhibitions and other related programs to meet potential clients and partners and generate leads

• Able to flexibly handle multiple projects and business trips with no disqualifying traits in terms of visa applications or overseas travel


Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of successful global business development experience, preferably in IT industry or B2B solutions business

• Track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving results through collaboration with numerous stakeholders

• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
